Video: Wendy’s Gluten-Free Menu Review

This video shows you where to find Wendy’s gluten-free menu on their website and the various items they offer. The list is actually pretty good and you can easily make a meal with the foods they offer. The video also covers a handy allergen list Wendy’s offers that details which foods contain different allergens (wheat, soy, dairy, peanuts, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, egg) for those of us who have more than one food sensitivity!

  1. I HATE eating out at restaurants since I’ve been diagnosed with Celiac Disease in October 2016…

Wendy’s is one of a few restaurants that my husband and I frequent and I am happy to report that I have been eating the “proper” items. Your video confirmed what I am doing. Being new at this, I question everything I am doing PLUS worry about Wendy’s and how they handle the food. The bad news is I also don’t have physical symptoms so unable to know when/if I have accidentally eaten gluten.

Thanks for this video. I hope there will be more restaurant reviews – that way I can broaden my small list of restaurants. Thanks again!!

  2. I stopped at 2 local Wendys and not one person knew what gluten free even meant.
