All physical items (books) are shipped by USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. Charges for shipping are determined by weight and final destination. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us at 800-577-5609.
All digital items (e-books, premium content, videos, e-courses) are shipped via e-mail or granted access via the Glutenfreeworks.com website.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, send us an email within 30 days of receipt of the product stating the reason for dissatisfaction at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds are made only on the price of the product plus applicable taxes unless the return is a result of our error. In that case, we will pay shipping price of the product(s) in question as well. Upon approval by our customer service manager, we will send you a full refund within seven business days. If the purchase was made with a credit card, your account will be adjusted within one billing cycle.
