There is a new magazine dedicated to gluten and allergen-free living set to hit the market this Fall called Simply Gluten FreeCarol Kicinski, author, blogger, and speaker, is behind the new bi-monthly publication and its mission to provide knowledge and support to those seeking optimum health for themselves and their families.

The magazine, which will also be published in digital format, will be loaded with easy-to-prepare recipes with page-after-page of food photography. Wendy Gregory Kaho will serve as the editor of the magazine and a pool of very familiar and talented gluten-free bloggers will serve as the magazine’s writing staff.

“Simply Gluten Free Magazine is a magazine that I very much wanted to read, but unfortunately it just didn’t exist anywhere, so I decided to create it,” said Kicinski, who in addition to operating one of the top 60 Must Read Health Blogs in America, is now appearing in her 3rd year of monthly gluten-free cooking segments broadcast on Daytime TV, a nationally syndicated morning show.

The magazine will focus on articles and recipes for gluten-free/allergen-friendly cooking, but it will also feature:

  • A Homekeeping section with suggestions for crafts and projects using allergy-free materials
  • A Beauty section where authors will discuss gluten and allergen-free beauty products
  • A Beyond Gluten Free section with diet tips and recipes for those on special allergen-free diets including sugar-free diets, Paleo diets, vegetarian and vegan diets, and dairy-free diets.

  • A Traveling section with advise on staying gluten free while on the road
  • A Dining Out section with suggestions on how to order gluten free at restaurants
  • A Special Needs Diets section with allergen-free nutritional advice, recipes, and insights for parents caring for special needs children with autism, ADHD, or ADD
  • A New Products section reporting on both established brands and the new gluten-free and allergy-free products hitting the marketplace
  • A Book Review section reviewing the latest books on allergy-free living

Kicinski says for the November/December premier issue, the magazine’s Holiday Entertainment section will be filled to the brim with informative articles on how to celebrate in style with an assortment of gluten-free food ideas:
