Annual Gluten-free Bread Baking Contest Meeting

Most people agree that good bread is the one thing they miss after being diagnosed with celiac disease. The Greater Cleveland Celiac Association would like to make that a thing of the past.

Can’t find gluten free bread that is worth eating?

Our bread baking contest meeting is always tasty and always fun.

Always wanted to make your own bread, but just haven’t found that great recipe?

This meeting is for you!

Have you tried many recipes and found what you consider to be the best gluten free bread recipe?

Have you created the perfect gluten free bread flour mix?

Have you found great gluten free bread from a mix?

Have you experimented and created the perfect gluten free bread recipe and want to share your accomplishment with others?

Or have you just found the perfect ready made bread at the store that you cannot live without?

If you did not think it was possible to make good gluten free bread you will be pleasantly surprised!

This is a wonderful opportunity to taste several kinds of breads, and to choose the best of the best.

. . The Greater Cleveland Celiac Association gluten-free bread meeting is a wonderful opportunity to practice your bread baking skills and learn from others how to bake the perfect loaf of gluten free bread and bring home a variety of recipes to try a home throughout the year.

Please email a copy of your gluten-free bread recipes
