Dr. Schar Honey GrahamsThis Examiner was fortunate enough to receive a box of Dr. Schar’s newest product, Honeygrams, to try and review. One of my favorite snacks as a kid was graham crackers topped with peanut butter and I am happy to report that these graham crackers taste better than the wheat-based version of my youth.

Dr. Schar has created a graham cracker that has the perfect amount of sweetness with a light and crispy texture that holds up to toppings. I topped mine with almond butter and it held together wonderfully. These honeygrams would work great for s’mores, as a crust for cheesecake, as a sweet treat to enjoy with tea, and the list goes on.

They are individually wrapped per serving size (six), each box comes with three packs (18 total), and it retails for just under $5. Their packaging is really handy because you can keep the other packs sealed while you nosh on one.

I highly recommend this product and I can’t wait for it to appear on store shelves.

Ingredients: corn starch, brown sugar, corn flour, palm oil, soy flour, soy bran, honey, modified tapioca starch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, caramelized sugar.

We have looked at their products many time but usually it says “May contain traces of peanuts”. Do these say it on the package as well? We would love to try them if not!
