Recall: Pure Base Garlic Spread

Pure Base is recalling the garlic spread – ready to spread & garlic spread  – concentrate because they may contain undeclared wheat & milk.   Both were distributed nationwide online & in stores.

No illnesses or reactions have been reported.  If you are concerned about an allergic reaction, please contact your doctor.  

According to the FDA, the recall was initiated after milk & wheat containing products were discovered to be labeled incorrectly.  After further investigation, the cause was found to be a breakdown in the packaging & production processes.
