- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raisins and/or walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Scoop dough with a tablespoon and set on a foil-covered cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
*I enjoy these cookies fresh out of the oven, but they taste even better after sitting in the fridge over night!Makes about 30 cookies.
