Hi, I’ve been trying to find a support group in Colorado Springs. I’ve e-mailed two people that this site suggested and called another lady, that did not respond. I suggested a Meet-up and then realized that GiG doesn’t use that anymore. I did, already, have one reply in one day of posting. I noticed a lot of new members, I can’t tell if this is this year of last year. Anyways, I thinking about starting my own support group. I don’t work anymore, so I have the time to do it. I’ve been gluten-free over a year now. So, I was wondering if you have any information to get me started. Thanks. Cheri
Hi Cheri,
Try the Pike’s Peak Yahoo listserv at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ppcsg
Marie Pizzolatto runs the listserv for the celiac support group in Pike’s Peak.
Good luck!

Hi,
The following website that the Pikes Peak Celiac Support Group in Colorado Springs now uses is http://groupspaces.com/PikesPeakCeliacs/. It is actually a group site run by volunteers. The Yahoo group site is no longer being used.
New members are welcome to join and volunteers are needed to help run the group.
I hope this helps anyone seeking to join a Celiac support group.
My wife has been in with the group for many years and tries her best to keep the group active, as she works and is taking classes to become a Certified Dietician. Our whole family is Celiac less 2 of our children, but the whole household is gluten free.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
Mark
