This might be very valuable to anyone visiting Eureka Springs. I was there for 2 months this past summer as a singer for Opera in the Ozarks, and most of the restaurants have no idea what gluten even is.
If you have a gluten allergy and plan to visit Eureka Springs, there is a little health food store called Eureka Market which has a few decent gluten-free grocery options, Cafe Amore has a gluten-free pizza option, Ermilio’s has a gluten-free pasta option, and Local Flavor has a couple gluten-free desserts, but that’s about it!
