Hi,
I have been gluten free for a little over a year. I find it very frustrating to eat out in local restraunts.
Chefs do not know how to cook gluten free. They will very often cook it until it dead with no taste at all. Whether it be fried, boiled, baked, whatever.
I would like to get the word out that we are just gluten free. We don’t have to eat cardboard or eat like they think thay have to prepare it.
I believe more eating places could learn a little more about gluten free recipes if they would just learn. Most of them do not know what gluten is….do you find in dairy???
There are many people now that have become gluten free. I guess I would like them to take an interest in preparting gluten free products and not cook the vegtables until they are dead and have no flavor at all.
Does anyone else have this problem? Are we only to cook in our homes to get a good meal?
Any comments would be apprecitated.
