Brand New Gluten-free Finds at Expo East

This was my first trip to Expo East and it was like being a kid in a gluten-free candy store. Since there is such a focus on gluten-free products, we were literally tripping over the many vendors who had just launched a gluten-free product or had added one to their existing line.
Some of my greatest gluten-free finds are listed below in no particular order:

The idea for Smoothie King started back in the late 1960’s in the home of Steve Kuhnau. Kuhnau was trying to remedy his allergies and low blood sugar and began to experiment with blending fruits, nutrients and proteins in a blender.
