Patients with ulceration respond to a strict gluten free diet. Relapse can occur when diet is not strict.<\/p>\n<h2>6 Steps To Improve\u00a0Aphthous Ulcers\u00a0Related to Celiac Disease and\/or Gluten Sensitivity:<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"cp_check green\">\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><span class=\"dropcap\"><strong>1<\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Remove the Trigger.
