Here is what you can expect when you order – from beginning to end!

A few days after you make your order, your blood sample kit will arrive in the mail in a white box. In it, you will find:

Detailed instructions,
Your already completed requistion form,
Two empty test tubes with carrier box (image shows filled test tubes),
Biohazard bag (required to hold the filled test tubes), and
FedEx overnight mailer bag.

Blood Sample Kit Contents

Step 1: Choose a medical center near you and make your appointment to have your blood sample drawn.

The blood draw takes just a few minutes, so you’re in and out fast!

Step 2: Go to your appointment to have your blood drawn. The phlebotomist will take your blood sample. The process is included in the price and only takes a few minutes since you do not have to consult with a doctor.

Almost painless and so easy. You’re almost done already!

Step 3: The phlebotomist will prepare your test tubes and give them to you in your kit.

In the biohazard bag, in the box, in the FedEx bag and you’re done!

Step 4: FedEx will pick up your kit and you are finished. It’s that easy!

In 2 to 3 weeks your report will arrive telling you EXACTLY where your nutrition stands!
