  3. Thank you for allowing me to join. I am 56 yrs old and only diagnosed with Coeliacs 6 weeks ago. I had been quite poorly and had just been diagnosed 2 months earlier with underactive thyroid…I wasn’t feeling any better so further tests resulting in an increase of levo….and a referral for Endoscopy….4 biopsies revealed quite pronounced Coeliacs. I am following to the best of my knowledge a gluten free diet…not easy as I’m also not allowed certain foods re thyroid…..so this forum will give me good tips to stay well

  6. Thank you for adding me. I was diagnosed gluten intolerant 2 years ago and have been quite well until recently. So just looking at ways that can help me get back to feeling healthy again. Perhaps there are other foods I ahve a pronlem with. Looking forward to reading your posts.

  7. Thanks for adding me. I have been diagnosed a little over a year and I use to believe this was not a real thing. Jokes on me!!! I have become so allergic to gluten that it is just not gluten that I ingest but come into contact in any form. To say my life has changed dramatically in an understatement. I use to bake everything from scratch and now I don’t enter the kitchen. I have lost so much weight I am consider malnourished. I have no appetite and am looking for guidance and ideas from anyone that can help. I was also diagnosed with lupus a few months before the gluten allergy so my immune system is shot. Anyone with ideas I am ready to try anything. Just want to feel good again. Thank you!
