Most major brands of marshmallows are gluten free, such as Kraft, Campfire, Jet Puffs. Some store brands contain modified food starch, so I would avoid those unless they specify modified corn starch. However, most name brands are okay. Also, read the ingredients on your rice cereal – some brands contain malt, which you should avoid.
