Living Without Magazine Gets a New Name: Gluten Free and More!

Living Without Magazine is America's number one magazine for people with allergies and food sensitivities. It is a "go to" resource for many people living a gluten-free lifestyle.

After 16 years, the publishers of Living Without have given the publication a brand new name and a "spruced up" look. When first published in 1998, the information available to those with celiac disease and food allergies was extremely limited. There were few food manufacturers serving the special-diet community. Living Without's name reflected its goal to help people live without uncomfortable, sometimes dangerous, symptoms or reactions without deprivation, without limited choices, without restricted menus.

Now called Gluten Free and More, the magazine still delivers on its motto, "living well, living without," but now does so positively to reflect the burgeoning gluten-free choices available to people who are gluten-free.
