Enter the NFCA’s Holiday Dips & Dishes Recipe Contest

The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness is hosting the “Holiday Dips & Dishes” Recipe Contest now through Dec. 31, 2010. Sponsored by Crunchmaster, the contest will award $500 cash to the Grand Prize winner, and four First Place winners will get $50 worth of free Crunchmaster crackers.

To enter, submit your original recipe for a gluten-free dish that incorporates a Crunchmaster product or a gluten-free dip that pairs well with gluten-free crackers like Crunchmaster. Recipes can be submitted using the Holiday Dips & Dishes Submission Form atwww.CeliacCentral.org/Contest or by emailing the recipe toRecipeContest@CeliacCentral.org. Make sure to include your name and address, especially if you want the free coupon (see below). As a thank you for participating, all entrants will receive a coupon for a free 4.5oz bag of Crunchmaster crackers. Coupons will be mailed to those who include their mailing address in their contest entry.

 
WHAT’S UP FOR GRABS:
  • (1) One Grand Prize Winner will receive: $500 in cash
  • (4) First Place winners will receive: $50 in Crunchmaster products (4 – 21oz packs of Crunchmaster Baked Rice Crackers & 4 -20oz boxes of Crunchmaster Original Multi-Grain Crackers) 
  • All participants will receive a coupon for aFREE 4.5oz bag of Crunchmaster crackers.

Recipes will be judged on Creativity, Ease of Preparation and Flavor.

The Grand Prize Winning recipe will be featured on NFCA and Crunchmaster websites, CeliacCentral.org andCrunchmaster.com.

 You have until 12:00 a.m. ET on January 1st, 2011 to enter.

 
IMPORTANT DETAILS

All recipes must be gluten-free to be eligible.

Incorporating Crunchmaster products into the recipe is NOT required.

You must also indicate on your entry: the name of the dish, the ingredients, exact U.S. measurements, timing, special preparation instructions and approximate number of servings.

Contestants may enter a maximum of 2 recipes in the contest; however, each entrant is only eligible to win one prize. Contestants who choose to enter 2 recipes in the contest may submit both recipes using the same (1) electronic form or email submission.

 
RULES & REGULATIONS

Recipes that contain gluten will be disqualified. Entries must be in English.

The Submission must be the original work of the entrant and not previously published. Submissions must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. All entries become the property of TH Foods, Inc. and will not be returned. Winners will be required to grant to TH Foods all rights, titles and interest in the submitted entry. NFCA reserves the right to use your entry in all print and electronic media, and to edit it for brevity and clarity.
