Raw Revolution Food Bars Maximize Nutritional Intake

Raw Revolution foods are a line of organic live food bars that are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and corn-free — perfect for the allergic consumer. The bars are also vegan, and free of trans-fats and refined sugar. Because they are allergen-free and full of nourishing and satisfying ingredients like cashews, coconut, hazelnuts, raisins, raspberries, mango, dates, flax seeds, and almonds, these bars are filling and able to fuel the body — especially for athletes and people on the go.

The creator of the Raw Revolution products says the idea for the line of food bars came when, as a Registered Nurse and Natural Foods Chef, she became passionate about preparing and creating raw food dishes. She goes on to say, “When I made raw snacks for my son as an alternative to high sugar processed snacks, friends also loved the taste and suggested selling them. That seemed impossible. As a single mother of an active two year-old, working full time, how would I start a business? Well, I found time to develop the Brownie, tested them out and got great response. Even the average person, not just a health food nut, loved the taste.”

Raw foods, according to the Raw Revolution website, “are clean, and have higher nutrient content than cooked food. Processed foods such as protein isolates and grain based fillers are acidic and cause fermentation in the body. Raw Organic foods are closest to their natural state, bringing us closer to healing ourselves and the global ecology.” Adding more raw foods to your diet plan — whether eating gluten-free or otherwise — can maximize nutrient intake and equate to better health, both because raw foods are often free of many common allergens, and also, they contain enzymes for digestion, and have vitamin and minerals intact.
