To go gluten free or not?

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, digestive problems can be really detrimental to your well-being. Whatever your symptoms might be, digestive health is vital to the body’s overall well-being.

Make it your new year goal to figure out the cause of your discomfort and to find a solution that works for you.

I found this wonderful article with some pointers on celiac disease, testing and basic misconceptions concerning digestive issues.

I’ve found that those without digestive issues tend to place little merit on those with digestive issues. It’s a real problem and it is important. Check out this article to find out more about celiac and testing.

Along with digestive issues, it is also important to know where you food is coming from. I recently saw Food, Inc. and was blown away. I thought I knew, but I really had no idea how the food industry here in America worked. If you haven’t seen it, check it out.

Editor’s Note: Find out more about gluten, gluten disorders, celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, symptoms, testing, diagnosis, your digestion and the gluten-free diet.
