Gluten-free 101: What can I eat at Panera Bread that is gluten-free?

Believe it or not, Panera Bread offers quite a few options for those needing to stick to a gluten-free diet.


GLUTEN FREE LIST – Panera Bread **

Salads: (including the salad dressing) (source of modified food starch is corn) Greek Salad Fandango Salad Caesar Salad (without croutons) Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (without croutons) Asian Sesame Chicken Salad (without Won Ton noodles) Classic Cafe Salad Strawberry Poppyseed Salad Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken Fuji Apple Chicken Salad California Mission Chicken Salad Orchard Harvest Chicken Salad

Soups: Low Fat Vegetarian Black Bean Cuban Black Bean and Lentil Vegetarian Roasted Red Pepper & Lentil Vegetarian Butternut Squash Creamy Tomato (without croutons) Low-Fat Vegetarian Southwest Tomato & Roasted Corn Turkey Chickpea Chili Summer Corn Chowder

The Chai Tea Latte, Vegetarian Black Bean Soup & Asian Salad are great for a quick lunch. Remember to ask the Panera employee to change their gloves to help prevent cross-contamination when preparing your food.

There are many (20 to be exact) Panera locations in Columbus. I have successfully dined gluten-free at both the Bethel Road & Lewis Center locations.
