Believe it or not, Panera Bread offers quite a few options for those needing to stick to a gluten-free diet.

The Chai Tea Latte, Vegetarian Black Bean Soup & Asian Salad are great for a quick lunch. Remember to ask the Panera employee to change their gloves to help prevent cross-contamination when preparing your food.

There are many (20 to be exact) Panera locations in Columbus. I have successfully dined gluten-free at both the Bethel Road & Lewis Center locations.

  1. I love their tomato soup. Every time I go to eat here I do get a lecture on why I shouldn’t eat here from their staff. The tell me “remember….we are a bakery….there is flour everywhere….” I am not an idiot….I know that they are a bakery.
