Ahh, Disneyland at the holidays. All the lights are twinkling, the snow falls on Main Street, and everyone is in a festive mood. While Disneyland offers many dining options, it can be a minefield finding anything that is gluten-free.

disneylandSo when you are ready to take a break from your Disneyland marathon, cruise over to Downtown Disney and check out these restaurants that have gluten-free offerings.

Naples Ristorante e Napolini:

Sure, the title indicates authentic Italian pizza and pasta, but what’s great about this place is that they have gluten-free pasta that can be subsituted for any of the pasta dishes on the menu. So you can enjoy your Spaghetti and Meatballs like the rest of them.

If you are looking for something lighter, the restaurant offers a variety of salads as well. Just make sure to ask about the dressing.

Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar:

Catal is Naples sophisticated older sister, and it certainly shows. The restaurant offers great views of Downtown Disney and has an extensive wine list. Many of the appetizers on the menu are gluten-free and the restaurant also offers a variety of salads and entrees that are sure to please your palette. And make sure to save room for their refreshing Apple Sorbet.

Tortilla Joe’s:

If you aren’t feeling in the mood for Italian, cruise over to Tortilla Joe’s and enjoy some fajitas, tacos, and of course the housemade guacamole. Finish it off with a margarita on the rocks.

So enjoy the sights and sounds of Disneyland, then top off your day with some delicious cuisine.
