P.F Chang's China Bistro has a wonderful gluten-free menu, complete with appetizers and dessert! There are 2 P.F. Chang's locations in the Columbus, OH area - Tuttle Crossing & Easton.

PFChangs_lettuce_wrapFor starters there are the tasty Chicken Lettuce Wraps. The dish is served with iceburg lettuce leaves for wrapping up the stir-fried chicken mixture.

There are many appetizing options for the entrees. Philip's Better Lemon Chicken, Chang's Lemon Scallops, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Singapore Street Noodles and many more. Rice comes with the entrees - brown, steamed white or fried. The gluten-free fried rice is a newer addition to the menu. Pictured below is the Singapore Street Noodles.

P.F. Chang's not only has locations in Columbus, but also throughout the country. This can be helpful to those who travel a lot and need a dependable place to eat gluten-free. After dining there countless times in the past 3-4 years gluten-free, it is one of the places I know we can trust.

I’m not sure if this is still the case, but they used to deliver all GF dishes on a special round plate with the PF Chang’s logo. I wouldn’t trust any food not delivered on that kind of plate. I’ve had to question some servers, because they don’t seem like they know the policies. Also, keep in mind that it never hurts to ask the manager, who will ensure that you get GF dishes delivered to you.

I’ve been there several times and only once had to ask the server to return a dish because he didn’t inform the chef that I had requested gluten free. The manager came out to ensure that the food would be checked from that point on during our meal.

Jennifer, I’m so sorry you became sick. Even if they have gluten free menus, I’ve found that speaking with the manager before eating insures my meals are safe. Otherwise, mistakes can happen: miscommunication in the kitchen, new people who are still being trained pick up the wrong dish, etc. The managers work hard to get it right.

I ate at PF Changs last night being diagnosed with celiac disease 3 months ago. I tried the lettuce wraps and changs spicy chicken both on gluten free menu. I puked so much and was so sick for hours, I will not eat there again. I was so sad because I love their food. I felt like l lived a gluten free lie last evening.
