Hi there
I am from England and I have been diagnosed as a coeliac for 3 years now.
I have been ill with a whooping cough virus and have felt really poorly for 7 weeks.
I have read all the notes on if you go to the gym and can’t lose weigh re vitamin deficiencies and Dysbios ….I have started doing the gym 4 times a week but feel really weak.
Pi can get my test done just need to know what s good for a coeliac and what is bad and the what quantity I ned to take the vitamins in …to feel better and lose weight ..I can always get off 7pounds but no more for years …
Please can you advise what to do and my hospital can check bloods don’t know about dysbiosis ??
